Job Description
A NEWLY OPENED EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSTITUTE SITUATED IN LUSAKA WEST, ALONG MUMBWA ROAD (FORMER KASAMU SCHOOL), IS SEEKING QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCES PERSONS TO FILL UP VACANCIES.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be Accredited with TEVETA
- For Diploma Programs: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the relevant field
- For Certificate Programs: Diploma or higher qualification in the relevant field.
- A Teaching Methodology or Technical Education qualification is desirable.
- At least 5 years of teaching or industry experience in the relevant field.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical lessons at certificate and/or diploma levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
- Conduct continuous student evaluations and maintain accurate academic records.
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional meetings.
- Carry out additional academic or administrative duties as assigned by the Training Manager
- Deliver lectures and practical lessons at certificate and/or diploma levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials.
- Conduct continuous student evaluations and maintain accurate academic records.
